Workspace Policies
Tenant-wide rules that cascade to all locations and members. Per-location overrides (e.g. reservation grace per building) live on the individual location page; this screen is the default every override falls back to.
Reservation Policy
Default no-show grace period for the whole tenant. Individual buildings can override this from Spaces → Locations → (building) → Reservation Policy.
Identity Policy
Where a card or code is required before somebody books a room at a panel, checks in, or changes an existing reservation. Rules never merge: the narrowest scope wins.
Access Policy
Coming soonMFA enforcement, password requirements, session timeouts. Currently managed from Security → SSO + Login.
Visitor Policy
Coming soonNDA requirements, check-in time limits, badge validity windows. Planned alongside the visitor kiosk rework.
Data Retention Policy
