Privacy Policy

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising. We share data only with service providers that help us run Links, under contracts that require them to protect it. The full list is on our Subprocessors page: hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, error monitoring, product analytics (with consent), payment processing, calendar integrations and AI model providers used by the workplace assistant.

Links is hosted in the European Union, in Amsterdam and Frankfurt. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area or Türkiye, we rely on the safeguards required by GDPR and KVKK, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Account data is kept for as long as the account exists. Billing records are kept for the period required by tax and commercial law. Sales and contact data is deleted when it is no longer needed to answer your request or continue the business relationship.

Our website uses strictly necessary cookies to work and stay secure. Analytics cookies and similar technologies are used only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time through "Manage preferences". Session recording is not used. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

We protect personal data with technical and organisational measures under our ISO 27001 certified information security management system, including encryption in transit, access control based on roles and restricted internal access. More detail is available on our Security page.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to receive a copy of it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. Under KVKK Article 11 you also have the right to learn whether your data is processed and to whom it is transferred.

To exercise your rights, contact [email protected]. We respond within one month, or within 30 days for requests under KVKK. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, or in Türkiye with the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

Links is a business service and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes are announced on our website or by email.
