Subprocessors
Third parties that help Links deliver the Service
TABLE OF CONTENTS
What Is a Subprocessor
A subprocessor is a third-party company that Links uses to deliver the Service and that may process customer personal data on our behalf, for example a hosting provider or an email delivery service. Under GDPR Article 28, customers must be informed about these companies and be able to object to new ones.
Every subprocessor is bound by a written contract that requires at least the same level of data protection as our Data Processing Agreement.
Current Subprocessors
Hardware, calendar and push notification providers only receive data when the related feature is used by the customer.
International Transfers
Customer data is stored in the European Union. Where a subprocessor processes data outside the European Economic Area or Türkiye, the transfer is based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision under GDPR, and on the standard contracts required by KVKK Article 9.
Changes to This List
We notify customers at least 30 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor. Customers may object on reasonable data protection grounds within that period, as described in the Data Processing Agreement. To receive notifications, contact [email protected].
