Limits and overages
Space limit: When you reach your plan's space limit, you cannot add new spaces until you upgrade. Existing spaces and bookings are unaffected.
Team member limit: Additional users can be added above the plan limit at a per-seat overage rate. Overages are billed monthly.
Storage limit: Each plan includes unlimited booking history storage. Attachment storage (photos, documents on visitor forms) is:
| Plan | Included Storage |
|---|---|
| Starter | 5 GB |
| Business | 50 GB |
| Enterprise | 500 GB |
Additional storage can be purchased in 50 GB increments.
Free trial details
Your 30-day trial includes full access to all features of the selected plan. At the end of the trial:
- A 7-day grace period starts
- If you add a valid payment method, billing begins and all spaces remain active
- If no payment method is added, the subscription moves to suspended at the end of the grace period
While suspended, the workspace remains intact but most actions are blocked. Our sales team reaches out to help you resume.
You'll receive reminder emails throughout the trial and grace period.
